Telephone support
- Speak directly to a Microsoft qualified engineer - up to 70% of problems can be rectified via this method of support
Remote access support
- By connecting over a secure connection we can fix up to 85% of network, application and operating system problems
On site support
- If we cannot fix the problem over the telephone or by remote access then we can guarantee a Microsoft qualified engineer can be on site within 4 hours (although typical response times are less than 2 hours)
