Mutli-Site Domain and e-mail Migration

Project Details:

Migration from Windows NT4, Exchange 5.5 to Windows 2003 server and 2003 Exchange server.
Set up test lab to recreate the present network
Performed test migration
Set up new domain hardware
Set up new Windows 2003 domain
Migrated all users
Set up new Exchange 2003 servers at UK and US sites
Allowed exchange 5.5 and 2003 server to coexist in order to prevent any downtime
Migrated all users e-mail to new servers.
Users only experience a small amount of downtime when their e-mails were being copied to the new servers (approx. 5 mins per user)
